When you enter your email address into the sign-up box on the home page of www.krisslumsden.com you are expressly agreeing to receive my email newsletters to that email address. You are free to unsubscribe at any time and a link is provided at the bottom of every email to allow you to do so.
This information includes: Any information that you provide to us through text fields on our website: krisslumsden.com when signing up for our newsletter/mailing list/free gift sign-up, when leaving comments on posts and pages and when using the contact form on the Contact page.
This is also any contact information or personal information shared when contacting Kimberley via private message, text, email or via any online or social media platform.
Some personal information is recorded as part of private coaching with Kriss which may include contact information and personal life details. This information is never shared or sold. It is stored on my personal computer which is used only by myself.
HOW YOUR PERSONAL DATA MAY BE USED BY ME
No personal information will ever be used publicly, shared privately or shared publicly without your express permission. Reviews or testimonials left on Etsy may be shared on krisslumsden.com or on the krisslumsden.com business Facebook page.
Your email address will be used to send you email newsletters via MailChimp, as agreed by you in signing up using the form on KrissLumsden.com and to send personal emails if you have contacted Kriss privately.
If you have shared your telephone number, Skype ID or social media messenger details expressly to communicate with Kriss Lumsden privately these details will be held on Kriss’ private phone and computer. This information will not be shared.
